What to expect from The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War? The release is scheduled for September 23rd

The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War is one week away. In honor of this, the developers at NetEase Games have shared information about Middle-earth and what to expect from Rise to War.

Good news for Tolkien fans – you still have time to pre-register for The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War. For this, the developers will present an exclusive portrait of Bilbo Baggins. It will be available after release, which is slated for September 23rd.

The game is co-created by NetEase Games and Warner Bros. This is a geo-strategy with the ability to create an army, expand territories and join alliances. From the factions, Gondor, Rohan, Lothlorien, Erebor, Mordor and Isengard are offered to choose from. For the Ring of Omnipotence, both familiar faces from books and films, and new ones will fight.

Before the release of the game, the publisher launched a video cycle with stories about Middle-earth and Rise to War itself. Of the features, the developers highlight a great emphasis on strategy and war, rather than role-playing. For example, together with your allies, you can attack Mordor. Also, alliances will give various bonuses, including materials and protection of the castle from outside attack.
